RAN Funding

How it works

Five Steps from Application to Money in the Bank

RAN Funding works hard to give business owners the funding they need, when they need it. Our programs are built for established businesses, and approved files can be funded in as little as 24–48 hours.

Apply Once, Compare Every Offer You Qualify For

01

Apply online in minutes

All we need to start is your online application. It takes about five minutes, there is no fee and no obligation, and completing it will not impact your credit score.

02

Get approved

A funding specialist reviews your file against our lender network. Most complete files get a decision within hours rather than the weeks a traditional bank takes.

How we compare

RAN Funding vs. a Bank vs. a Lead-Selling Website

The difference is who keeps your application. RAN Funding does not sell your information; one specialist works your file directly.

Bank Lead-selling website RAN Funding
Who sees your information One bank Several lenders or resellers that buy your contact details One specialist; your file goes only to the lenders in our network that fit it
Calls you get One Many, from different companies One person from start to finish

Typical speed Weeks Varies Offers in hours on complete files; 24–48 hours to fund working capital

Speeds are typical, not promised. SBA loans take 30 to 60 days. RAN Funding is a business financing broker, not a lender; the lender sets the approval, amount, rate, fees and terms.

What to Expect in 2026: Odds, Costs and Common Questions

Your Approval Odds in 2026

The Federal Reserve’s 2026 Small Business Credit Survey found 81% of applicants approved for at least part of their request and 42% in full; equipment loans, cash advances and lines of credit were approved most often. One application through RAN Funding is compared across lenders for each of those products, which is why most established businesses receive at least one offer.

What It Costs Right Now

The prime rate has been 7.00% since September 17, 2026, after the Federal Reserve’s first hike since 2023; the next decision is October 28. Variable products (bank lines, SBA 7(a), HELOCs) moved up a quarter point in September; fixed-rate and factor-rate products you already hold did not. Full scenarios in prime rate is 7%: what it means for business loan rates.

Common Questions

How long does the RAN Funding process take?

A complete application with three months of business bank statements usually produces offers within hours. Revenue-based products fund in 24 to 48 hours (same day on select products), lines of credit and term loans in two to five business days, equipment financing in two to seven days and SBA loans in 30 to 60 days.

Does applying affect my credit score?

No. RAN Funding pre-qualifies with a soft credit pull, which does not affect your score. Some lenders run a hard inquiry only at funding, and we tell you which ones before you accept an offer.

Is RAN Funding a direct lender?

No. RAN Funding is a business financing broker. We present one application to a network of lenders and show you the offers side by side; the funding partner sets the approval, amount, rate, fees and terms.

What do I need to apply?

A five-minute application, the last three months of business bank statements as PDFs, a voided business check and a driver’s license for each owner of 20% or more. Larger amounts and SBA loans add tax returns and a year-to-date profit and loss.

What are my chances of being approved?

In the Federal Reserve’s 2026 survey, 81% of small business applicants were approved for at least part of their request and 42% in full. Equipment loans (71%), merchant cash advances (48%) and lines of credit (45%) were approved in full most often. Because we compare several lenders, most established businesses with a year or more of history (sometimes six months) and steady deposits receive at least one offer.

What does business funding cost right now?

With Prime at 7.00%: bank lines about 8% to 11%, SBA 7(a) 10.00% to 13.50%, online term loans 10% to 36% APR, equipment financing 9.9% to 24% and revenue-based products factor rates of 1.15 to 1.45. We show the total payback on every offer so you can compare true cost.

Common questions

Credit, Rates and What a Soft Pull Means

If I have bad credit, can I still apply — or will I be denied?

You can still apply. When you apply for business loan funding we look at a range of factors about you and your business, which may include your credit history alongside the financial side of the business, such as profits and business assets. Past credit issues might make you ineligible for some products or mean a higher rate, but you are still welcome to apply. We aim to get the best available deal for every customer, including those looking for bad credit business loans.

Do you offer bad credit business loans, and will I pay higher fees or rates?

The exact rate and fees vary, because every situation is different. If you have bad credit it is possible you will pay a higher rate, but we recommend speaking to an advisor first to find out what your options actually are. After receiving your application we can review your information and find you the best deal available.

Will applying hurt my credit score? Do you offer soft pull loans?

Most of our loans will not impact your credit score for approval, because we only complete a soft pull. There are exceptions — an SBA loan, for example, where a lender may want a hard pull because it is a government-backed loan. Soft pull business loans do not affect your score because they are only used for pre-screening and purposes such as account maintenance.

What actually happens

A Real Person Reads Your File

Once your application is in, a specialist reads the statements themselves — deposit consistency, average daily balance, negative days and any existing positions — before anything goes to a funder. That is what decides which products you are a genuine fit for.

You get back a short list of real offers with the full cost shown, not a soft quote that changes at signing.

  • About five minutes. The application itself, with three months of statements.
  • Same day on most files. Offers back the same business day once statements are in.
  • 24–48 hours to funding. From signed offer to money in your business account.
