Almost there

Not Quite Yet — but Keep Us in Your Corner

Thanks for taking the time. Based on what you told us, you are just under what our lender network requires right now: to qualify, a business needs at least 12+ months in business and $20,000+ a month in revenue, deposited into a business bank account for at least 3 consecutive months. We would rather tell you straight than run your file and waste your week.

What it takes to qualify

Three Things Every Lender Checks First

12+ months in business

Measured from when the business started operating and taking in revenue — not from the date it was registered.

$20,000+ per month in revenue

Gross monthly revenue, before expenses. Cash sales count only when they are deposited.

3 consecutive months in a business bank account

Underwriters read your last three months of business bank statements. Revenue that runs through a personal account does not count.

Here is the good news

These Are Thresholds You Cross, Not Walls

1. Keep accounts separate

Run every business deposit through a dedicated business bank account. Mixing personal and business money is the number one reason a file gets declined.

2. Keep deposits consistent

Underwriters look at your last three months of statements. Steady monthly deposits matter more than one big month.

3. Avoid negative days

Overdrafts and negative balances weigh heavily. Keep a small cushion in the account even in slow weeks.

Most businesses that come to us early qualify within a few months of steady deposits. We have saved your information, and a funding specialist will reach out when you are in range.

An option that may work now

A Personal Loan for Your Startup or New Business

If your business is too new to qualify on its own, a personal loan or personal line of credit is often the most realistic way to fund it. Lenders underwrite you — your personal credit score and income — rather than your business bank statements or time in business, so being a startup is not a disqualifier.

Who it usually fits

Owners with solid personal credit (typically in the mid-600s or better) and steady, documentable income. Typical amounts run from a few thousand dollars up to around $50,000.

What to expect

Fixed monthly payments over two to five years, and rates that are usually lower than a merchant cash advance. Funding can arrive within a few days of approval.

What to know

You are personally responsible for the loan regardless of how the business performs, and amounts are smaller than business products. Borrow what the plan needs, not the maximum offered.

Not sure whether that route makes sense for you? Call us — a funding specialist will walk you through it honestly and, once your business hits twelve months and $20,000 a month for three consecutive months, help you move to business financing.
