No Credit Check Business Loans: What Exists, What Is a Scam and What Soft-Pull Funding Looks Like

“No credit check business loan” is searched by owners who have been declined and want money without another hit to their score. The honest answer has three parts: a handful of products really do not check the owner’s credit (invoice factoring, some merchant cash advances, cash-secured loans); most “no credit check” advertising means a soft pull that does not affect your score; and any lender promising a loan with no credit check, no bank statements and no guarantee is not a lender. This guide sorts the three for October 2026, with costs at Prime 7.00% and what each actually requires.

Do No Credit Check Business Loans Exist?

A few do, and they are priced for it. Invoice factoring underwrites your customers’ credit rather than yours (1% to 4% per 30 days); some merchant cash advance funders approve on card processing statements with no personal credit pull or a pull they ignore (factor rates of 1.30 to 1.50); cash-secured loans and lines approve any credit against a deposit; and net-30 vendor accounts and secured business cards report to business bureaus without a personal check. Everything else that advertises “no credit check” is a soft pull: revenue-based financing, online lines and most online term loans pre-qualify on a soft inquiry that does not touch your score, approve from about 500 to 600 personal credit on three months of bank statements, and run a hard pull, if at all, only at funding. That is what most owners searching this phrase actually want, and it is widely available. What does not exist is a $50,000 unsecured loan with no credit review, no statements and no guarantee; offers like that are advance-fee scams.

Three Kinds of “No Credit Check”

Type What it means Products Cost Who it fits
True no personal credit check The owner’s credit is not pulled or not used Invoice factoring; some MCAs; cash-secured loans; net-30 vendor accounts; secured business cards Factoring 1% – 4% per 30 days; MCA factor 1.30 – 1.50; cash-secured Prime + 1 to 2 B2B businesses with good customers; card-heavy retail; anyone with cash to pledge
Soft pull only to pre-qualify A soft inquiry that does not affect your score; hard pull only at funding, if at all Revenue-based financing; online lines; most online term loans; equipment financing Factor 1.15 – 1.45; 8% – 36% APR equiv.; 9.9% – 24% equipment Most owners searching this phrase; 500 – 650 credit with steady deposits
Advertised but not real No credit, no statements, no guarantee, often a fee up front None Your deposit, your identity or both Nobody; walk away

RAN Funding pre-qualifies every application with a soft pull. Some funding partners run a hard inquiry only at funding, and we tell you which before you accept an offer.

Products That Really Do Not Check Your Credit

  • Invoice factoring: the factor advances 70% to 90% of invoices to creditworthy business customers and collects from them; your credit is reviewed only for fraud and tax liens. $20,000 to $5 million; 1% to 4% per 30 days; no time-in-business minimum. See A/R financing.
  • Merchant cash advances on card volume: some funders approve on three to six months of processing statements and a soft pull they weight lightly; 500 credit or no score is workable at a 1.30 to 1.50 factor. See merchant cash advance.
  • Cash-secured loans and lines: a bank lends 90% to 100% of a deposit or CD at Prime plus 1 to 2 (8% to 9%); credit is irrelevant because the cash covers the loan. Useful for building credit.
  • Net-30 vendor accounts and secured business credit cards: not loans, but they report to Dun & Bradstreet and Experian Business without a personal pull and build the profile that earns real credit later.
  • Equipment leases on small tickets: some vendors’ captive programs approve under $25,000 on business credit and a down payment alone.

How to Spot a Fake “No Credit Check” Loan

  • A fee before funding (application, processing, insurance, “first payment”). Legitimate lenders and brokers are paid at or after funding.
  • No bank statements requested. Every real lender needs to see deposits; a lender that does not is not underwriting anything.
  • Guaranteed approval for any amount; real approval rates in 2026 were 81% partial and 42% full.
  • Pressure to sign today with no written offer; ten states require written cost disclosures on financing of $500,000 or less.
  • No physical address, no state registration, a Gmail address, or a name that imitates a known lender.
  • Asking for your online banking password instead of a read-only connection or PDFs.

The checklist for legitimate funders is in how to choose a business funding broker.

Common Questions

Can I get a business loan with no credit check at all?

Only through products that rely on something other than your credit: invoice factoring (your customers’ credit), merchant cash advances on card volume (processing statements), cash-secured loans (your deposit) and net-30 vendor accounts. Everything else uses at least a soft pull, which does not affect your score.

Does a soft credit pull affect my credit score?

No. Soft inquiries are visible only to you and do not change your score. Hard inquiries, which some lenders run at funding, lower a score by a few points for a few months. RAN Funding pre-qualifies with a soft pull and tells you which lenders hard-pull at funding.

What credit score do you need for a business loan with no hard pull?

Revenue-based financing approves from about 500, online lines and term loans from 600 to 625, equipment financing from 550 to 600, all on a soft pull to pre-qualify. Bank and SBA loans run a hard pull at application and want 680 or higher.

Are no credit check business loans legitimate?

Factoring, card-based advances, cash-secured loans and soft-pull online products are legitimate and widely used. A lender promising money with no credit review, no bank statements and no guarantee, especially for an upfront fee, is running an advance-fee scam.

Can I get a business loan with no credit check and no bank statements?

No. Bank statements (or a read-only bank connection) are the minimum every legitimate lender needs to size and approve a loan. Invoice factoring substitutes invoices and an aging report; equipment financing adds a vendor quote. Nothing legitimate funds on an application alone.

Is RAN Funding a lender?

No. RAN Funding is a business financing broker. We present your application to our lender network and show you the offers you qualify for; the funding partner sets the approval, amount, rate, fees and terms.
