Business Loans in Broward County
Broward is home. RAN Funding works out of Broward County, and more of the files we place start here than anywhere else in Florida — boatyards in Dania Beach, trade contractors in Coral Springs, clinics along University Drive, kitchens on Las Olas.
Broward holds close to two million residents and tens of thousands of small businesses, and the owners who call us are rarely the ones a branch wants. Revenue that swings with the season, equipment instead of property on the balance sheet, two flat months in the middle of a good year — any one of those is enough for a bank to pass without reading the rest of the file.
RAN Funding is a broker and ISO. We do not lend our own money. We build the file once, put it in front of the funders in our network, and bring the offers back so you can compare them, with one specialist handling it end to end.

Where we work in Broward
All 31 municipalities plus the unincorporated pockets, with noticeably more volume out of the western cities than off the beach. Two markets are big enough to have their own page: Fort Lauderdale and Pembroke Pines.
Everything else runs through this desk — Miramar, Davie, Weston, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Plantation, Sunrise, Tamarac, Lauderhill, Margate, Coconut Creek, Deerfield Beach, Oakland Park, North Lauderdale, Dania Beach, Hallandale Beach, Cooper City, Parkland, Southwest Ranches, Wilton Manors, Lauderdale Lakes, Pembroke Park, West Park, Lighthouse Point and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
What the county actually runs on
Marine and boatyard services
Dania Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Pompano hold one of the densest marine service corridors in the country. Refits get quoted in months and paid in stages, so the yard carries the parts bill long before the invoice clears.
Trade contractors
Coral Springs, Parkland and Coconut Creek are full of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing outfits buying materials up front against a draw schedule that pays later.
Medical, dental and veterinary
Plantation, Weston and Davie practices replace chairs, imaging and sterilization equipment on their own dime and wait on insurance remittance to catch up.
Restaurants and retail
Hollywood, Las Olas and Hallandale kitchens live on build-outs, seasonal staffing and the compressor that quits in August.
What Broward owners use the money for
- Buying materials before a contract draw releases
- Covering payroll through a slow month without touching reserves
- Replacing a compressor, oven, lift or imaging unit that failed
- Taking a volume discount on an inventory buy
- Bridging net-60 receivables or insurance remittance
- Hurricane-season preparation and post-storm repair work
- Opening a second location inside the county
- Rolling several short-term advances into one payment
How much a Broward business typically gets
| Average monthly deposits | Amount usually placed |
|---|---|
| $20,000 – $35,000 | $20,000 – $50,000 |
| $35,000 – $75,000 | $40,000 – $125,000 |
| $75,000 – $150,000 | $100,000 – $250,000 |
| $150,000 – $400,000 | $200,000 – $500,000 |
| $400,000 and above | $500,000+, often structured as a term loan |
These are ranges we see, not an offer. The funder sets the final number from your statements and the strength of the file.
How to qualify
| Requirement | What we look for |
|---|---|
| Time in business | 1 year or more |
| Monthly deposits | $20,000 or more |
| Bank statements | The last 3 to 6 months, business accounts only |
| Location | Any Broward municipality, and the rest of Florida |
Coming in slightly under on deposits does not end the conversation. It changes which funders see the file, not whether we look at it.
How fast can you get funded in Broward?
A complete file submitted in the morning usually has a decision back the same day. Funding lands 24 to 48 hours after you sign, sometimes the same day for smaller amounts.
Complete is the word doing the work there. Application, three to six months of business bank statements, and a straight answer on any existing advances. Files that stall are almost always missing one of those three.
Frequently asked questions
Are you actually based in Broward?
Yes. RAN Funding operates out of Broward County and the majority of our Florida files come from inside it. Statements and signatures are handled electronically, so nothing requires you to drive anywhere.
Which Broward cities do you cover?
All 31 municipalities and the unincorporated areas. Fort Lauderdale and Pembroke Pines have their own pages; everywhere else is served from this one.
Is this a bank loan?
No. RAN Funding is a broker and ISO, not a bank and not a lender. We package your file and place it with the funders in our network.
Do you work with businesses under a year old?
Our funders generally want a full year of operating history before they will look at a file.
Can I apply in Spanish?
Yes. Nuestra página en español explains the same options, and we have Spanish-speaking specialists on the desk.
What do I need to start?
The application and your last three to six months of business bank statements. Personal accounts do not count. You can email documents to support@ranfunding.com.
