Business funding calculators that show the real numbers
Price an offer, work out a payment, or compare every funding product against your business before you talk to anyone. Free, no sign-up, nothing leaves your browser.
How do I figure out what business funding will cost?
For a merchant cash advance, multiply the advance by the factor rate to get the payback, then convert it to an estimated APR using the term. For a loan, calculate the amortizing payment from the rate, term and amount, and add any origination fee to find the effective APR. Then compare the annual cost and the monthly payment side by side.
Which tool to use
| If you have | Use | You get |
|---|---|---|
| An MCA or revenue-based offer with a factor rate | Factor rate calculator | Payback, payment, cost, estimated APR |
| A loan offer with an interest rate and term | Loan payment calculator | Payment, interest, fee impact, schedule |
| No offer yet, or several to weigh | Comparison tool | Fit, speed and cost for every product |
Comparing two offers the right way
A factor rate and an interest rate cannot be compared directly. Put the MCA offer through the factor rate calculator and note the estimated APR and the monthly equivalent payment. Put the loan through the payment calculator and note its effective APR with fees and monthly payment. Now you are comparing like with like: what each costs per year, and what each takes out of your account every month.
The cheapest offer is not always the best one. If the lower-cost option takes three weeks and payroll is due Friday, or its payment is more than your deposits can carry in a slow month, it is the wrong fit. Check price, payment and timing together.

Common questions
Are these calculators free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.
Will the results match a real offer?
They show exactly what a given set of terms costs. Whether you are offered those terms depends on your file; a funding specialist can tell you what you actually qualify for.
See what you qualify for
